Refund Policy

MEDIFLOW HEALING ENTERPRISE (“we”, “us”, or “our”)

We value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality products, courses, and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All purchases of digital products, online courses, guided meditations, or downloadable content are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once access has been granted (including access to private groups, videos, or materials), we are unable to offer refunds.


2. Services (Consultation / Sessions)

For any 1-to-1 sessions, consultations, or guided meditation services:

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded

Refunds will not be provided once the service has been delivered.


3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer physical products (e.g., gift sets, ritual items):

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required

We do not accept refunds for change of mind.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or access has been granted.


5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
